Mine got caused by using nasal rince thing to wash my nose and it slipped up my ear and water got in it through my nose and now I'm suffering for days

So idk if I have it but my ears have been ringing for a good 3 months and I even went to a doctor and i have an ear check appointment feb 24th and today it just got a bit different and quite and how long does it take to go away ?
