These are very good exercises for the neck. Depending on how tight you are it can take 6 months of doing this to get better. I went to a chiropractor and he gave me these same exercises. My stiffness comes with pain. So by the end of the day my neck muscles were spasming. I take 1 200 mg muscle relaxer before going to bed and it seems to give some relief.

I was doing pushups and felt a streched pain on the right part of the head.Then i did neck rotation, when i rotated the head to right i felt like a vein in the left neck is streching and had a pain and i couldn't rotate the neck to the left the pain is horrible sir😢

I am soo scared now l felt a sound when l was trying to turn my head whilst asleep like a bone in my head at the left ear side l immediately woke up but can’t move now if l try the pain is unbearable please what should l do

Hello, Thanks for the nice materials....
- Would be great if Hannah can make a follow-through video with these stretches. The other video for Atlas corrections is a bit too short IMHO.
- another suggestion, you have a great channel but the number/style of playlist items reminds me of a Bazar ;)... old and new content mixed, a lot of overlapping content without suitable titles explaining their differences. It's a nightmare to find the right ones.

Hello. First of all thank you for your videos. I did these stretches for a week and I felt much better.
However, on the seventh day i felt pain on my cervical spine (left side, i believe near base of neck) after doing the stretches. Since the pain was not bothering me too much I just ignored.
Next day I woke up with a lot of pain and restrictions in movement. I still did the stretches and pain was improving for 2 days. On the third day after pain started, I decided to do one more of your exercises (the one with the back against a wall and pulling the chin) and again felt better. But, when I did these stretches again, specially the one u have to bend the head backwards, pain got worse and become much worse after some time.
Now I have really painful spams when I try to do many movements and the mere act of trying to change positions on the bed is terrible .

Sorry for the long post, but I believe I had to explain myself. I was improving a lot but suddenly got really bad. What should I do? Keep trying the exercises? Wait a little? Do all exercises except the one that i have to bend the head backwards?
I really appreciate your help

I had Ankyolising SPONDIOLITIES and my neck is gradually becoming stiff and hard will this excercise can reversed it? 😢
