This was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing this knowledge. It is very difficult to manage all the information with no proper filters. It would be so great to see a debate between Lauryna Nelkine and the Glucose Goddess.

Here's the problem, Nutrition Scientist Lauryna Nelkine is at risk of the same arguments she makes against Jessie Inchauspe’s (Glucose Goddess) who is a Biochemist. So don't necessarily put Lauryan Nelkine a head of Jessie Inchauspe, they both are using there influence and name branding. I happen to think these two are giving valuable testimony. However, always do your do diligence no matter who is making their claims.

Go and get the Book: Why we get sick by Ben Bickman. What you discuss makes me think, that you have not yet got the big picture of the topic GLUCOSE ...
Dr.Robert Lustig is also an author, that might help you understand.
