Magnesium - some are actually better off taking it in the morning. But it depends on a few factors. What kind of magnesium you take and also if your body is pro catabolic or anabolic. You see, if your body is pro anabolic at night, you can take magnesium glycinate to help you sleep. However, if you are pro catabolic - taking magnesium will keep you awake since magnesium itself is pro catabolic. Then, it's better to take magnesium malate in the morning. Glycinate is more sleep induced compared to malate.

Omg we think just alike, I do all these things daily now it literally is a game changer for your mental health and as far as eating, it's easy to do when do you don't like eating healthy like me, you just eat because you need fuel not because it's something you like lol

Had also been incorporating some of those valuable habits regularly. Additionally sleep on a Inclined Bed, regularly incorporate (Intermittent) Fasting, and also finding Coffee Enemas most valuable.
