I'm a heavy girl. Last Saturday I went to the gym, first workout after 15 years. I start with 5x30sec jump rope, than 1 workout routine, split in upper and lower body, than stretching & mobility. Done! So now I'll change my diet, following your tips.

Just leaving a comment and like for the algorithm, but I been watching Brix long enough to know better lol. I’ve done this before, lost 45 pounds in a month and a half, and put 40 back on in like 3 weeks… that was a few years ago though. Now I’ve managed to be down 115 pounds for 4 years keeping it slow and steady, working on my over all mindset and lifestyle in a holistic approach, just enjoying the process, one step at a time. But yeah, I’ve done the yo-yo. So good luck y’all, we’ll be waiting for you when you come back… we won’t say we told ya so 😂 we’ve all done it. It’s all love ❤️

I was struggling to lose weight for a very long time. I was working out but I also love to eat. At one point I was thinking that I was going to be fat for the rest of my life until I started eating properly. Good diet is a key. Obviously I had no clue what to eat and how much. I had to invest in a meal plan from Next Level Diet. It wasn't expensive and helped me start losing weight and eat properly. Now I am thinking about getting personal fitness coach to help me learn how to plan and do exercises properly.

I lost a lot of weight tracking calories and people will ask me how I did it. Then when I told them I lost my first 30 just tracking calories, and no gym they said it was too much. I see why some people that were never fat call fat people lazy even though that is not always true.

I’m currently at 240 lbs. today is October 1 i plan on losing 60 -70 lbs from Oct to December. Wish me luck !

Before the video gets started, I tried that back at the end of 2015 ... lol body weight exercises 2x a day, half hr each time, everyday... and I watched how much and what I ate, went from 185 to 160-something
