1. Intermit fasting (doesn’t eat for a certain time period)
2. Fasting cardio (30 min cardio run does help)
3.tracking your macro like carbs, protein, and fats
4. Drinks like Starbucks, alcohol really does have much calories. Don’t drink calories
5. Doing compound movement exercise like squat jumps, do effective exercise not just treadmill

How tall are you? Even in lookbooks you seem y’all yet short. Very confusing but it would be helpful.
I never have a good measure for what I look like (height wise) and how clothes would flatter my height (esp since long skirts are in :(
