In my 8.5 years of lifting, I've never taken creatine. Thus, if I make significant progress in the next 30 days, this will be a compelling reason to perhaps try some.

I’ve had great results with creatine and been on and off for the last few years. Definitely increases your lifts making muscle gains quicker. Think a cool video to make would be like a 10 essential lifts kind of video!

I’ve used creatine on and off over the past 3 years and i definitely notice an improvement in my lifts when on it. I agree with what you said in the video about feeling more full when on it. You should make a video about the best workouts and stretches to improve your body mobility for sports and the gym. keep up the good vids!

Definitely helps on lifting, but I find performance on cardio related sports, increase in endurance is even more significant

my thoughts on creatine have been very positive. Because of the extra water retention I have seen a noticeable difference in my size and strength as well as stamina surprisingly. although I have a theory that creatine’s difference for the user is a lot smaller if they’ve had many years of lifting under their belt whereas the difference with creatine for new lifters is almost immediate and noticeable.

Other than that, I’d love to see you do a video on your opinion for the best Calf exercises/lifts😂 I know what you’re thinking….claves!?? it’s different and kind of funny but hey! I feel like the viewers like a little different and random content from time to time haha. Peace and love from the south Chicago!✊🏼

I’ve just started my loading phase for creatine, so I’m interested to see how it improves my performance and overall how I feel. I’m also new to lifting, only having taking it seriously for ~3.5 months.

For new videos, I think it’d be great to see you workout with your friends more. It was inspiring to see both you and your buddy see results in this challenge!

I don't have experience with creatine myself. But based on my research, I've seen almost unanimous praise and agreement on it being worth it. That's why I'm planning to try it soon (planning to use that promo code hehe). As for videos, I'd like to see more nutrition content like high protein low calorie meal prep and recipes :)

Definitely worth it taking creating from my experience. 2+ years doing it and results are there!! Waiting for your explosiveness/athletics workout

Creatine is definitely worth the investment in my opinion. That little bit of extra strength and that post workout pumps just hit different. You should do a lean bulk type of video, such as what foods you would personally eat and maybe some recipes

I remember reading somewhere that 20 -30% of people get no value from creatine at all or very little value. you might be one of those.

Hiya😊 I am on my second week of creatine. I must say yesterday I felt so strong at the gym during bench and shoulder presses. If this is any indication of whats to come….i like it ALOT. My vegan diet probably has my creatine stores lacking. Great video! I would like to see a video with more long term results from creatine 🤗.

Creatine worked incredibly for me. Not only it gave me more energy with little to no extra cost, it also made me feel sharper in the head.
I cannot recommend enough to anyone who exercises.

I just begun on my weight loss journey at the end of July and all I've done is to increase my protein intake while being on a caloric deficit. I've not felt that creatine has been a requirement so far but I do hope to fit one of your small sized Abyl tshirts one day. 86kg (33%bf)-74kg so far but I've yet to go to the doctors to get my body checkup to see how much my body composition has changed since.
