I started taking creatine about two weeks ago before seeing this video. I am noticeably a little bit stronger but here's the kicker. It also boosts cognitive ability. I feel more focused and sharper in my thinking. I will continue taking it to see how this pans out after several months. Thanks for the video. 👍

I'm not for creatine. I used to take it in my 20's when I was lifting regularly. It really is just water weight. It will not last, as soon as you decide to stop taking it you'll lose water weight, at least that is what happened to me.

How old are you brother? 20+ pull ups for many guys in the 20's is a real challenge, I mean extremely challenging. I know you have been always a sporty guy as I watched some other of your vids.

Anyways, amazing content, very good edition, I just blame YT algorithm for not channeling for viewers to your channel.
