Great stuff! I did KETO intermittent fasting lost 50 pounds kept it off for 2 years. russia invading Ukraine got me stressed starting drinking beer again most of it came back. I need to refocus and get it off again. Lifestyle changes for sure are needed.

Congratulations on the progress you made! That's a lot of weight but remember, whats more important is doing something for life in order to keep in shape for the rest of your life. You dont have to fast forever, you just need to exercise regularly and be mindful of what you're eating, use portion control and do any kind of daily activity besides exercising.

Hey Igor. For someone who has done IF for years, I can confirm that eating once a day is great for aggressive fat loss. However, for those who want to retain muscle, a 16/8 method where you eat 2-3 times a day is more sustainable over the long term. And healthier, in my opinion.

Intermediate fasting only works if you don't over eat when you break your fast
The real goal is to look at how many calories you eat on a normal day and calculate the total and reduce it gradually
Fore example I weight 183lb or 82 kg a d to maintain my weight and body fat I would have to eat around 3200 calories a day, but if I were going to burn fat and lose weight I would have to reduce my calories to 2700 calories a day. Keep in mind I walk close to 20k steps a day and do weight training which is why I get to have over 3k calories. The only downside to intermediate fasting is that is very easy to over eat your calories.
