🌀Arm Spirals🌀

💪🏻This move takes the whole shoulder girdle on a ride that will help to ring out any stuck or stiff bits and get things moving more fluidly so that you can spread your wings and fly like an eagle 😉🦅

🔹Externally rotate one arm as the other arm internally rotates. Feel the movement travel through your shoulder girdle so that your ribs, shoulder blades, collarbones, upper arms, forearms, wrists, and hands are all participating in the spiral.

🔸The arm that internally rotates includes ribs that internally rotate and a shoulderblade that protracts, elevates, and internally rotates.

🔸The arm that externally rotates includes ribs that externally rotate, and a shoulderblade that retracts, depresses, and externally rotates.

✨Try 10 to 15 reps each arm and then relax your arms down and notice the difference in your upper body.
