This is one of the biggest reasons I like intermittent fasting. I can get so much more done when I’m not spending half my day cooking, eating, and doing dishes

You’ve come such a long way Brandon. I remember your old intro where you used to come in and Hit the double bicep pose in front of the webcam😂You were really the one that made Keto and intermittent fasting mainstream. I think a lot of others would agree. It was you!!!It’s crazy how much you’ve grown. Keep up what you’re doing Brandon!

I did intermittent fasting for 7 years, then i switched to eating something every 3 hours. Massive difference. I can control my weight much better because I'm basically never hungry. And i gained muscles on my frame. Not to say that intermittent fasting doesn't work, but i now think that eating without long hours of fast is a bit better

Same thing. Tends to be something in the food or you eat too large of a meal. Naturally after fasting for a long time, you want a lot of food to make up for it. Discipline yourself to only eat a moderate sized meal, and you won't get hit as hard with fatigue.

I can see this being good for those with low impulse control. Since there is only so much food one can eat in one sitting. And knowing you can’t eat until a certain time removes the focus on hunger from your day to day.

However, if someone has impulse control and is capable of following a meal plan that follows the correct amount of calories week by week. It’s more comfortable.

This always happens, as soon as I eat I’m done for the day can’t think sharply anymore

I think the overarching message is intermittent fasting, like most dietary modifications, is a tool that can be used to a benefit or a detriment. It's subjective based on how one responds and adheres to the diet plan. Compliance is the science, and everybody works different schedules so find what works best for you and stick to it!

I've been doing it on and off for about 10 years. Been slacking lately though. Works great if you can stick to it.

It’s because you were eating carbs. If you eat a carnivore diet you don’t crash

I used to only eat once or twice a day, felt horrible all the time. Now I eat 4+ times a day and feel infinitely better

I have never ever felt even the slightly post meal effected until the past 2 years ago. If anything I used to feel extra energized after a huge meal, idk what happened but I want that back
