1. Take care of all aspects of your health- Good diet, self care, excercise
2. Self-Reflect- Journalling, thinking to yourself
3. Matain social connections
4. Focus- try to avoid multi tasking
5. Live in the moments- rather than taking a picture, take it all in while you are there.
6. Manage your inner critic- recognize when you are being too hard on yourself
7. Complain Less- complaining can make you more resentful and give more power on things you cannot change
8. Don’t be afraid to take action- Try out the things you want to.

i can now recognize this art style on the psych2go videos as the artist who puts in dream smp references (like ranboo in the first scene or benson in the thumbnail) and i really enjoy it- it makes already incredible videos just a tinyyy bit better

If I journal, I usually will go at least 30 minutes at a time, 45 to an hour if I'm not needing to multitask

Try to journalize if you have depression. I do and it helps me a lot. Another one IS focusing on one task at a time. If you try to multitask, your brain gets overloaded and you end up frustrated. It's also helpful to have an organized "workspace" and particular place for everything. Plus, do your tasks in a space you feel keeps you organized and comfortable, not what the world feels you should.

Their are times where I have like idk over reacted over the smallest thing and have thought to myself, you messed up everything! But my dad always reminds me that not everyone is perfect, and a lot of people have made the same mistakes you have and you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. Moral of the story here in this paragraph I’m gonna call it, is you make mistakes to learn, not to have a really bad consequence that you think is you’re fault. That would be pretty dumb if mistakes were made that way.
