just recently hit a new PR on dips. 10 reps with 105 attached to my waist with a weighted belt! 🔥
update: as of now march 22nd i upped the weight to 120lbs! i weigh about 150-lowest 147-148, once i get up to those numbers i’ll be back to inform!
(update #2) new dips PR (weighted) 150lbs for 4. failed horribly @5 now up to 155lbs bw, highest i hit was 158lbs bw. i could be lower now since i just started a warehouse job and haven’t been working out/ eating as much. & good shit everybody y’all some dawgz🔥

Most important thing I've learned from him is REST!!!
Take days off.
Since I have I've gotten bigger & stronger but mentally it's difficult because feel guilty taking days off

I miss Mike. I bought his workout books in 1978 or 79. While I was in high school. They work. Yeah he does sounds like a professor😂

He’s right. I added reverse pull downs and straight barbell curls to my routine and my biceps have blown up!
