I used to be a martial artist who trained super hard 7 days a week, since I've stopped martial arts and started lifting using the mentzer way I've gained muscle while losing fat. Mike seriously knew what he was on about.

I have been at heavy duty about 3 months now. I work out every 3rd or 4th day for no more than 40 minutes. I have seen better results in this 3 months than I have ever though possible in my 10+ years working out on and off.

It works. Simple as that. Rest rest rest.

I recently quit the gym 2 months ago and I found out about Mike mentzer 5 days ago and he’s already got me motivated and excited to go back. And I really hope it’s not a sham because I’ve been talking the program up and I’m exited to see what happens

I'm on my 3rd workout of the program. Did chest and back today, walked into the house and took my shirt off. I genuinely couldn't believe how different and pumped I was and I am very hard on myself. Time to grow now and just go for a walk or 2 for cardio the next few days.

ive been eating as much as a horse and on mike mentzers program ive gained muscle and lost fat ive got a belly going down and a cheast getting bigger

One thing I learn if you are training alone with Mike’s hit program you cannot give your 100 % into failure rep but you will grow bcs you are giving 80-85% in hit training you put your all effort in one set you do negetiv and slow rep for more pressure in my case I try to do more intense every session some sessions are great some are good and i give 96 hours to recover i am feeling the changes let’s see how much changes will occur after 3 months
