Hey Tom, I know you aren’t going to see this and asking for help is pointless but why not give it a shot. I am inspired by you because before your fitness journey you are very similar to my physique and I had the same insecurity of small long arms. I have never been happy about my body, I am skinny and weigh 120 pounds at 14. My arms are my biggest insecurity, I wished for a very long time that they were just wider so i didnt look like a skeleton. I want to be better for my gf especially because I want to be perfect for her. My friends have told me to “just bulk up and workout out. I’m embarrassed to ask for help from people because I don’t want to put myself out there in a spot that highlights my insecurities. I want to workout and make myself a better person but there’s so many thing that get in the way. The largest problem is cross-country and track, I am quite actually really good and one of the best on my team, everyone says I have good years ahead of me in cross-country. Obviously with being involved in running it could ruin or just not get any gains which frustrates me a lot. Bulking up is just hard to do as a 14yo because I have little control what I eat because my mother just makes food, so with that it is hard to provide gains with the necessary macros. Finally I just have no time, it sounds like a cheap excuse but its true, I have after school choir’s the school play, track practices and homework its just so hard to find time to workout. Well, after writing all this I’m not sure what to do if you don’t respond. I’ll leave off with that I just need some guidance, thank you if you even ever find this comment.
