Does all this apy to someone who does not have a gall bladder? I've been told that without a gall bladder, I'm more likely to have issues with my liver. I've taken milk thistle for over a decade but I had my gall bladder removed because I had 7 stones in it and the pain was unreal! That was just 2 or 3years ago. So I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to help.

Oh my gawd I am truly thankful for all your information yes I am on the right track as sometimes i am a over thinker and doubt my self this info just reminds me to encourage me to help my body as I sometimes fall off and eat horrible choices that don’t support my fatter liver but I am getting a lot better of making choices and holding back from grabbing something that doesn’t support my liver

Thanks for the nice video and tips sir. I use to suffer from high grade 1 fatty liver and have very bad results in my reports, i did tried many modern day treatment but have not get any relief. Thank god my friend suggest me to use these home remedies along with liver care pack of that am taking for last 4 weeks and have very positive results and my reports are also normal now

my former wife just died from fatty liver disease I also have it but the doctor said mine is not so bad but I'm working on it and I already eat a lot of the things mentioned in this video but I despise Avocado plus I take a choline substitute hopefully it will work only time will tell I'm 67 so I must be doing something right

I disagree with oats and whey protein. I noticed that carbs made me drowsy and spiked my cholesterol and sugar too(grains was always the trouble maker. Also felt better with zero carb(hydrolized) protein powder and zero sugar in it.. And I noticed meat and vegan protein had better results.
