My apologies ESTJs, I made a mistake in my editing and forgot to include the ESTJ. Here is your section:
Here is a type that’s like a train with no brakes. They are a hammer, and they see everything in their path as a nail, a task that can be completed or a job that can be finished.
This can be a good thing for them professionally, but in other parts of their lives it can cause those around them to quickly tire of their high speed get-it-done attitudes.
Therefore, the most important habit ESTJs can develop is simply…wait for it…a few more…seconds…Patience.
Not everything is a race, and ESTJs who can learn when it's appropriate to slow down and take in information might find themselves avoiding difficult situations that their previous hastiness would have gotten them in.

Can we just appreciate how this one man plays 16 different people.

I guess I should be more interested in my school books than MBTI but here I am. I mean, the way Frank explains stuff forces me to watch each of his videos.

INFPs
It’s great that you can envision a better future and passionately convince yourself and others to get there.

But you also need the plans and the execution, and that’s where developing your Te would help a fair bit.

As an INFP, it's bold of you to assume I daydream about the future and not my fictional crushes and the endless universes we could meet and fall in love in.

Thank you James...
As an INFP I get discouraged not finding my beat...
Thank you James literally now I have an idea of what I can do to get there

Being an intj, I can confirm. I really had a sudden idea for an art studio bussiness, wasting hours after hours just planning and figuring out ways to make it work. Then, after 3 weeks, I finally tell one of my friends, esfj, about that, and then I realised how half baked and childish my whole idea was. Learnt a pretty good leason that day

As an INFJ, I can advise that telling people that you analyse everyone constantly, including them, may result in pleasant conversations turning monosyllabic very fast 😬🤔🤐💛xx

INFP here and this is actually true. I once went through counseling and they compared my personality to that of someone wishing to dump an entire sea into a bucket. They then advised me to do things in little steps, just like adding water into a bucket one drop or one smaller container at a time. I still occasionally revert to the "fit the sea into a bucket" bad habit occasionally, but it's of less frequency than back then.

As an ENFP in my 30s I can definitely confirm, do not wait for others to join you on your next project!! You can end up getting discouraged or waiting too long, and miss that opportunity. And also, don’t be ashamed! Yes we do try a million different things, and we learn and progress from those experiences. And we can’t expect others to join us or honestly even cheer us on. It has helped me so much to learn a bit of introversion and try my new ideas on my own. I think it’s amazing how we have a skill for including others and we want to share our excitement, but it just isn’t going to happen every time. And that’s ok, don’t get bitter and remain open to including friends in a project further on down the line when you have a more concrete plan or have progressed further! Keep on going, keep trying new things. It truly is an amazing gift to have our personality type.

I'm an ENFJ and this made me cry. I've really been struggling with that anxiety for some time now. I find myself in a negative loop of doubting my own intelligence and ability to contribute in meaningful ways in my job. Not sure how to get out of it.

INFJ who has an ISFJ mother, here .. both super true 😂 she is probably where I learned the nurturing/always wanting to help attitude. But also, I can't stop analyzing people for the life of me !! I was a Registered Behavior Technician a few years ago, and I miss the job incredibly. Highly recommend it to any other INFJ's out there :)

Love this!!! ❤️ every type has various strengths and weaknesses that can work against or for them. Love exploring self growth for each of the types. As an ISFJ I wish I was more carefree and spontaneous like an ESTP or ESFP.

As an INFJ I have to learn the opposite. I find it difficult to decide when I have enough information to make a judgement call.

I love these personalities video. They are spot on and come in handy when analyzing myself, and others.

As an infj I agree. My habit of unconditionally supporting eveyone and giving out advices out of good intentions has done me and others more harm than good many times. Maybe I should just mind my own business from now on and focus on myself.
