*The Podcast About Eye Health Will Be In The Pinned Comment*

Building and sticking to good habits is the only practical way to start seeing positive changes in your life. So I asked you guys to list all of the best habits that you can think of and I then ranked them from what I believe to be the best to the worst in a tier list. Hopefully, this gives you some insight on which habits to focus on building first (because you really should ONLY build 1-2 habits at a time. One preferably.) This list consists of some of the most life changing, healthy, and productive habits that I can think of.

NOTE: These are my own personal opinions. People have varying experiences with different habits. Some might be game changing for me, while they might not bring much benefits for you. The key is to TEST them out and see what works best for you.

I'm intrigued by how the reasoning for so many of these points to external validation. "Makes you more well-rounded", "makes you more appealing", "makes people want to date you". Imo, the only habits I've successfully incorporated into my life are ones I did because I didn't care if anyone else would care or not. *I* wanted to do them for *me*. And if everyone else dropped off the planet and wasn't there to compliment me on my discipline, I'd still do them.

An extra language is underrated. If you dominate it, it makes you smarter. High volume memory training, recognizing and dominating structures, and being forced to get our of your comfort zone with creativity.

Everything to do with health is S+ tier

I'm 28. Until 6 months ago I worked with no days off, grinded all the time, worked on improving myself. Then my back gave out and I cannot even work half of the day. If I do I wouldn't be able to work the next at all.
If you don't prioritize your sleep, eating, exercise, mental well being, exercise, rest and other things that translate to your health, you're not only accumulating hundreds of thousands in medical bills if you live in US, but also losing years of progress in the future.
If you don't live a wholesome, balanced and happy life, you're setting yourself up for failure

I kinda wanted “Bad Habits” at even lower tiers as knowing which ones to fix and avoid are just as important

Putting "learning a foreign language" in the B tier is such an American thing to do. Even after learning English, learning other foreign languages can be so beneficial for your career advancement, in numerous types of field. It also leads you to being more curious and interested in other culture, from which you can learn a lot. Most people's vision of culture is so western-centered, we don't read enough books written by Asian or African authors, or we don't watch that many movies from other countries. From these, you can get so much insight, instead of just keeping hearing the same ideas over and over.

For anyone who wants to shower cold:
I tried showering cold for years, but was
never able to do it very cold consistently.
Until I started doing 5-10min warm up exercises beforehand.
(like Push ups, Squats etc.)
When I'm warm, I can shower with the coldest Setting.

as an asian, i already have a lot of the habits without even meaning to build it. like studying, cooking, chores, playing a musical instrument. because our parents would force it on us. watching this, i think im quite grateful for the forcing.

I think you should rank sleep schedule as a habit because I recently started sleeping early and waking up early and this habit has changed completely my energy levels, productivity and focus. I have done much more with this early morning structure.

I think Socialization is on the Low S tier. Socializing is everything in this world. You can't improve or progress in life without Socializing. Like this, I'm
learning right now, while socializing with you at the same time.
