I hate how studios are teaching 60 minute Bikram classes, that’s shrinkflation and I feel I don’t get properly warmed up and feel like I’m going to blow my knees out on Triangle. I often need to do 90 minute Bikram at home from the tapes with space heaters because 90 minute classes are getting hard to find

Hi Bikram. I agree with you 100% that it’s bullshit that people are stealing your yoga and calling it 26x2… but there is no Real “Bikram yoga” classes available here in Arizona anymore. And I need my bikram fix… I wish there was a real bikram studio…. How can we bring one back here? — you’re also right about these bogus 60 minute classes and all classes are at 13:07 maybe 95 degrees max… it so frustrating… please come back to USA and clear your name and real bikram studios up and running again…. PLEASE.

Dear Guru! Please tell me why i feel migrane during yoga practice. Should not i feel better no pain at all?? I feel pain on my left eye, lefthead, left temple, even the pain in my left jaws. Isnot it weird??? What should i do? I appreciate yr advice/ suggestion. Namaste 😊
