My first nursing job was at a WW1 veteran's hospital in Auckland. One of my duties was to check the upstairs windows in the original hospital on night duty. Used to scared the crap outta me.

camp adair story isnt true, only deaths occurred were if there was a car crash on the road while going to the camp or the time a kid drowned or a kid had fallen off the bridge.

I've been to a few of these. Napier prison is pretty creepy, but my phone and camera worked without issue... Didn't see or hear anything but definitely felt really uncomfortable and a bit freaked out by the solitary confinement cell

Hi Top Scary Video team, just need to clarify a 'slight' linguistic misunderstanding. That you had in #4 on this list in relation to the word torch.

For people from Common Wealth countries like the UK, Australia & New Zealand. A torch is what Americans refer to as a flashlight. It is not a collection of flammable materials that is set on fire, but a battery operated machine. 🔦🚫🔥

The danger this item presents flying down stairs at speed. Is more in line with someone getting a concussion. Rather than having to go to the burns unit, or a call out to the fire department. ☎️🚒

Been to Puhinui House and Howick Historical Village. Freaking neat place. My recollection of Puhinui House was (if my memory serves me right) the ballroom at the back made the hairs on my arms stand up. I was drawn to the painting on the back wall and felt I was being watched. I kept looking around even though I wasn't the only one in the house (there were other visitors coming and going). I was okay everywhere else in the house but the ballroom.

The torch that was flung was a Flashlight. Another name for a flashlight is a torch.

Don't use other pictures like the lady in white walking down the stairs. This picture has NOTHING to do with New Zealand

Lanarch Castle is fine. I've been and the only room that got me was his wife's parlour room. The place didn't frighten me just the layout was ... different to what you're expected to see. It felt cramped in some rooms otherwise it was cool to look through.

My friend was a part of the investigation at Waitomo Caves Hotel. That night, she placed her necklace (a cross) on the nightstand, in the morning, she found it broken.
