I grew up in Michigan but didn't see my first ghost til I rented an Historic Tulsa carriage house. Woke up to a MONK laying next to me in bed. He was smiling then he just faded out.

I'm a Michigander and also a paranormal investigator, and I think there are several factors that make the Great Lakes State so paranormally active. For one being surrounded by water. Water is a very conductive substance for energy and there is a lot of quartz and limestone in the ground.

You should cover the Cadillac house in Lexington, MI. Supposed to have a poltergeist apparently. My family has a place in that city as a summer home, and the staff will openly tell you about it and even the names of the ghosts
