Love this machine yall for chest do sets of 12sets of 8 . 4 sets pecfly ti activate whole chest 4 sets each for upper middle and lower chest .

Why would someone do this workout in this machine by leaning their torso forward or backward if keeping your torso upright hits overall chest?

Not true none contiguous innervation dictates that you cannot target a specific part of any muscle, go and study science
