Here a tip
If ur goona hit any muscle then do isolation movement first then do a compund exercises
It will prexhaust the muscle and it will give u better pump
Eg cable fly before incline or flat press
Lat pull down before bent over rows or t bar rows
Leg extension and leg curl before any type of squat free wt or machine
And most important thing when u do a exercises ur in good form and technique with slow eccentric
