Alright quick tip, when you’re doing pec flys don’t just think of bringing your hands together, because oftentimes your arms will remain excessively bent at the front of the move, which doesn’t train your chest through a full range of motion. Instead, only slightly bend your arms at the back, then squeeze your pecs by bringing your elbows closer together, so that your arms remain fully extended at the front, and your chest undergoes as much adduction as possible.

The primary function of the pecs is horizontal adduction, which is the movement of the upper arm towards the midline of the body. If you're bending your arms at the front, you sacrifice the end range of motion, since you're limiting the chest's ability to full adduct the upper arm. So instead, fully extend your arms at the front so that your upper arm completes its range of motion, allowing the chest to fully adduct it.

A body builder once told me: at the end of each set, before you return to rest position, keep holding your hands together(count to 10) and squeeze your pecs.

Actually if you rest your neck on the seat back and look to the ceiling, your chest will naturally come out, and you will be pushing with your chest not your front shoulders or arms
