I just watched two incline cable fly videos and they were press at 90 degrees lol. Looks just like a flat press. This video actually gets it right.

I use the cable machine to get all parts of the chest worked. It’s easy to do and I see the most progress from it. Chest flys are amazing for building the chest muscles.

You only have 2 chest heads, not 3, the major and minor pectoralis, so you can do incline bench with either dumbells or barbells and flat bench with either dumbells or barbells and that will hit your entire chest

To build a big chest you need flat bench and incline press and variable fly movements all dumbbell and don't forget dips their very important

pick any flat press.
pick any incline press.
pick any cable.
pick a calisthenic (dips, pushups etc.)
you don’t have to think about this too hard.
