Amazing workout. I am a very recent follower. I end up sweaty! Kudos to Anna, you are excellent, the workouts seem doable because you always smile throughout and the way you explain. it helps! Plus your cute workout clothes :D. Even my 20 month old loves to see you!( he points out colors! and sometimes jumps) . I had one question: Is 10 min sufficient to see results? Or do you suggest more sets. I try doing most of your workouts alomost everyday. Like 10 min zumbz+10 min tabata + 5 min abs. Do you think that is fine? sometimes when I am super busy I cannot do more...So I was wondering if the time in the video a suggested " full workout " time? I will be too happy if you reply.
