Sugar is NOT the same in fruit as in processed foods. Don't fear fruit. It's great for weight loss and helps to slow aging.

Fruit has fiber that reduces the glycemic load. And berries and apples for example all have their benefits.

I barely just started eating avocados mid 2023 and blueberries the past 5 years but apples and celery the past 5 years. This video is educational and many of the comments are very note worthy. Im getting this information 04/2024 and I Thank You All❤. This us valuable healthy information 🙏

My oncologist told me that cancer eats everything. I skipped the chemo and ate organic food, lots of garlic red onion and greens as well as apple cider vinegar, turmeric and Black Seed Oil.

I've been eating an avocado daily at breakfast for 20 years since I heard of it's benefits. I've been eating blueberries at breakfast almost daily for 2 years. I usually eat healthy and watch the people around me eat unhealthy and get sick and fat and end up on medications. I've also been studying about and taking supplements for 30 years. Also drinking a lot of water when I wake up. I also buy 10 superfoods powders and mix them all together into a large container and take a scoop of it with my breakfast. I also chew my food well and think positive and meditate. Meanwhile the clueless around me descend into sickness and misery. Everyone please realize that you are already divine and loved by the divine without you having to go to church. May the Force be with you. Because the Force is with me. I found a divine process a year ago that in a one time process shifted me into being In The Zone in divine awareness all day long.

I got cancer when I was 15. I was a healthy, very athletic. Always number 1. No exceptions. Since then living healthy except for tons of red wine and vodka. In my opinion quality exercise every single day and enough sleep along with berries, lean meat and fish and you’ll be good. In the end it comes down to luck. Bad/good. Healthy living people die young every day.

I like Sinclair’s advice but I felt snd looked amazing in my fifties too. It’s just really difficult for me to get too excited about someone talking about longevity who’s in his fifties. I am in my mud sixties now and it feels weird listening to someone so young giving advice about longevity. I would love to hear from someone who follows his program who is in their 80s or 90s.
That said, this is really great info.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.
Speak up for bicycles in your community
