On a day I normally eat
2 Bananas
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
-1 to 2 kiwis
-3 tangerines.
-1 to 2 apples.
Eat whatever you want you're eating fruits not junk stuff.

Lol i love fruit and my dad said that "you shouldnt eat too much, its bad for you" but im pretty sure he just doesnt want me eating all the fruit lol

I love fruit and I can't get enough of them. But unfortunately, since I got pregnant my digestion system seems to dislike fruits. I can't stand a lot of them now and apples make me bloat a lot.

i have insulin resistance and my mom thought i shouldn't eat many fruits because they have too much sugar... which i knew was ridiculous but thanks to this video i can keep eating fruits normally haha

Could you do a video talking about nut based foods such as cashew butter and cashew milk. You could talk about how they stand as a substitute or just the general benefits. I enhoy both but haven't found much talking about them. Love your videos!

I eat a lot of fruit .. like 10 fruits a day and I'm starting to lower my fruit intake and eat more things like vegetables

Fruit is so sweet nowadays that eating fruit is eating a lot of sugar. When people see ‘fruit and veg’, they think ‘fruit or veg’. Fruit contains both fructose and glucose; fructose does not raise blood sugar. Fructose is processed in the liver so maybe we risk fatty liver if we consume too much sweet fruit like grapes and watermelon. But we won’t eat too much avocado or cucumber because they are not sugary so we normally just pick the sweetest fruit. But this is still better perhaps than chips and burgers.

Or something more specific like that

The reason eating 4/5 pieces of fruit is better then 2 per day is because there is less space left in your belly for you to fill with junk food😂
