The classic downward dog with a new twist to open up your spine and chest and a modified lunge that'll be sure to open up your hip flexors without too much strain on your hips or the rest of your body.

Dear Mr. Josh, I workout consistently with only 1 rest day a week, and am also going through physical therapy to strengthen my spine. I just watched a couple of your videos for the first time today, and I gotta say I'm already loosened up for my session today! New subscriber dude, thank you!

That feeling when you have been sitting in front of the computer during your best years and now have nerd neck, rounded shoulders, pelvic anterior tilt and bent upper back. Its a gonna be a long journey to fix all these damn problems but not gonna give up!

Thank you for the videos, they are the best. After writhing around in the forest floor, and connecting with my inner animal, I discovered how to balance my body .. I'm almost always on the balls of my feet now. My body has completely changed, I can dance now.. My tung is now pressed to the roof of my mouth. I can relax my jaw.. my posture has completely changed.. And your videos make perfect sense, thank you again.
