Here's a quick 5-minute cardio workout that's super simple, but I promise it will be challenging. 30 sec running in place followed by 30 sec of non-stop striking. 10 rounds total. It's only 5 minutes so you got the time for sure. Try it out right now and leave a comment on what you think of it.

I lost 30 lbs 3 years ago following you on youtube. Dropping from 190 to 160 and still maintaining my weight at 160 to 165. Mike dont stop making videos. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This routine works! You can switch up movements, basically upper body lower body continuous cardio!

Love this 5 minute cardio session. It really gets your heart rate going and the sweat flowing. I always use it when I want a short but intense cardio session. Would be awesome if you could do some more short cardio workouts like this but maybe 10 minute ones.
