I am going to try this. It is a great way to start, nothing to complicated easy to follow..ease into it. It's about making small changes..

Great meditation for busy days when you still want some time to relax. Or simply don't feel like doing a full meditation or even 5 minutes feels like to long. Also great for people who start with meditation!

I enjoy doing this one, but my forehead takes more redirecting. It's pretty blank up there, not much going on to feel.

Same meditation was easier to do over a year ago now with cancer pain its hard to do any meditation
