NOTE: This is a four-step meditation that focuses on inhaling and exhaling through the nose and keeping the focus on observing breathing only.

Make sure you breathe into your abdomen in a way that your stomach expands with the inhale and constricts with the exhale. You don’t need to breathe deeply for this meditation. All you need to do is to maintain a steady focus on the sensations in your body as you breathe normally.
