It was funny, when you mentioned the trippyness after the first side stretch in "bannana" pose I was feeling some sort of lovely dizzyness, like a little dreammy, connecting with something beyond. Amazing! Thank you for guiding us into it.

Hi Devi, sure, that I'm doing my practise totally different from the other students. Die to several neurological disfunctions my body is very, very stif with high tension so that I sometimes feel, I cannot move at all. Which is a disaster and makes me angry and of course more stif. But watching your videos and practacing with you shows me a silent, stress- and drugfree way which I"m doing every morning now since a while out!

Wow, I literally feel high. I never realized how diffeent yin yoga eas from other types. I am so relaxed, yet not tired, i feel energized and calm. Namaste🙏

love this sequence. in the yogis choice i did a varriation of legs crossed over and arms behind head while resting head in opposite shoulders. excellent unwinding. you are calm and give great instruction. catching this in evening to wind down.

Banana twist is my new favorite, I have tried to find away to strech my outside mucles of thies and banana twist did. Sun is shining and I made myself yogitea💚🧡💚🧡🌞
