Here are two incredibly simple knock knees correction exercises to treat "knocked knees" or "caved in" knees that can be performed anywhere by anyone! No special equipment required. Remember to follow the instructions written in the video and perform them daily, it only takes 5 minutes. The overall goal of both exercises is to conciously "push" your knees outwards.

I have mild knee knockings, Can my be recovered in 1 month?And i keep a thick pillow between my thighs for 5 minutes and i have been doing this for 3 days.Also i have been doing some knee exercises such close feet squat, Sumo Squats, Butterflies and full knee stretches.So according to you, How long will it take me to recover?

Quick question, does that makes 10reps of 2sets for the first and 5reps of 2sets for the second exercise??
