J'arrive à rester dans cette position sans board tout en regardant la télé pendant 5min à 10/15min. Le plus dur c'est pour se relever après ! Obligé de m'aider de mes bras avec la table
Cette position me fait du bien aux lombaires (lower back) 🙂

Also she was wearing weight lifting shoes lol. They have a raised heel it makes the range of motion a lot easier (I do not mean that weight as a front squat is easy)

I know what 240 lbs is. I deadlift 240 going for 250. Good if not fantastic but I’m closer to 80 than 75. If I can then just about anybody can and it’s worth doing

Why do he have shout easy?
Its only distracts her from her concentration and makes him look like he wants to be the hero here.
In bodybuilding or crossfit I would understand it though. There your are going high reps and the weight keeps beeing relatively "easy". Just my 2 cents😊

The rack position (getting elbows high so the weight is on my shoulders and not on my wrists) is my problem....
