This is great! My daughter is 6yro and started working out with me when she was 5yro but I only have her do calisthenics and she now does BBJ and dominates in her class cus of how strong she is. Building that base for discipline is everything when raising kids. Keep up the great work!💪💯

I think it’s weird for a little girl to wear a sports bra and tiny shorts in general.. put her a large t shirt. Especially when posting it online knowing there’s creeps

For everyone freaking out about how this is going to trash her bones/joints/hormones: what would you say if it was her own body she was lifting on the playground? Doing pull-ups, flags, handstand push-ups? Why is it somehow *automatically* deleterious when the weight is iron rather than flesh?
(& Note that her form looks excellent and I'm pretty sure she's lifting < body weight here.)

Its amazing she has that strength but be careful, weights in kids is very dangerous, it can damage so many muscles and even the growth plates. That is why most gyms dont let people under 14 in.
