I don’t like most fitness influencers, but I enjoy your content because it’s actually educational and beneficial to my fitness journey. :) I also don’t like how some creators feel it’s okay to shame others.. when I’m reality- form, stance, and body type are different on everyone and need to be considered while doing THEIR personal exercises.

I was always told by a unit of a man there is no such thing as good form. He said

“what is good form for me might be restrictive or damaging for you, as long as it doesn’t hurt when you lift and you get near to or full range of motion then your form is perfect”

Excellent information, one thing to consider is arms 30° forward as she did for shoulder press, will hit more front delt where as arms back is more delt

There was a guy trying to rack a military press behind him who dislocated his right shoulder in our gym. No one would touch him for fear of getting sued. Finally some old dude asked for permission and popped it back in for the guy. I haven't done any presses behind the neck ever since. It looked painful.
