Delete the cold plunge (same with NSAIDs) as it only blunts healing process and masks pain, not actually helping you; use case is only between games/practices/events where there is not sufficient time to rest and recover otherwise and you simply need to reduce pain to put in a performance the next day where it's not about gains/improvement in training long-term, only getting back to expressing fitness/preparedness in the short-term

How did you find the people for the digital nomad meetup? Thinking of moving to Da Nang but scared about not knowing anyone

What dessert are you eating with choc drops and ice cream? Looks amazing!

You only cold plunge once every 3 days otherwise your body adapts to it which makes it useless

Why were you doing mixed group pull ups? I’m just curious, and a little nerdy lol

Goat Milk+Mineralized Salt and Ayurveda Golden Milk recipe with Goat Milk are great. Also Ashwaganda powder is great. I even mix it in my water on my runs and incrementally drink it since it's adaptogenic

High amounts of good quality food?

That pancake is sooo thick + all that syrup. I really doubt that's quality food. :( that's literally a dessert. All sugar.
