Could runner's knee come from inactivity as well? I work at the computer a lot and often find myself only getting up to do chores or cook so I don't get a lot of exercise in.also it's a slight dull burning pain round both of the knees, does that sound familiar?

Be real. This condition is going to stay and pain will come back again and again. It's going to stay until you die
