Oh, the intermittent fasting has helped! I've lost 31 lbs in 3 months. No sugar, processed foods, flour really helps. The 1st three days of no sugar was HELL, but now I don't miss it at all! Thanks to you.

i drink a very warm cup of lemonade using 1 entire lemon and it helps 🤰🏻
Also taking Tumeric🍠 gummies helps lower my bloating.

I use warm water bulb enemas for bloating and gas pain. The warm water does wonders and is great in preventing cramps.

I eat healthy, all the stuff I consume it’s organic. I do workout 4/5 times a week. Still I am always bloated as soon as I put anything in my mouth😭💔 its really hard to see how hard I work and I see no results. Doctors in uK don’t give s** they tell you check it yourself. And when I see bloating I don’t mean the baby bloating it’s literally a 9 months pregnant lady🥹.

but beans, legumes, and seeds are excellent for my low carb diet :( can't ditch them. I'd just put up with the gas and indigestion discomfort

People need to start speaking the truth about the frequencies and vibration part most people are living acidic in the first three chakras when you balance out your chakras you can start to absorb food normally again
