That's not bloating, its your lower pounch. Lower abdominal bloating can be from constipation, IBS, gas caused by food intolerance, or fluid retention which occurs after 1 or 2 hours of having food. And upper abdominal also takes time. It is advisable to walk for 5-10 mins after having any meal to enhance peristalsis.

Whenever i eat in office and having lunch, , i feel discomfort in stomach and feel low energy at evening due to poor digestion but in home i don't face any problem... i don't know why... doing lunch in table and office chair makes any problem in this

Drink water 30 minutes before food or 30 minutes after food. Walk 10 minutes after food slowly. Have green tea exactly after 2 & half hours after eating. Then see the
