100% agree with this. I recently started doing band pull aparts and band face pulls at the end of my workouts and my delts have improved a lot.

Behind the neck press carries a high injury risk for shoulders- or so I've heard.

In my opinion, the front head gets enough work through all the chest pressing and as a secondary muscle( provided the right focus is given to the chest and not Delts.while benching)

Same goes for rotator cuffs with bands. My back, rear delts & traps blew up after introducing them into my life.

I love doing Klokov style press its like behind neck press but grip is very wide, its hit lateral delt and rear delt much more than front press, also Dips give me also good shoulder development

I agree. Do facepulls at different angles twice a week although my upper back and shoulders are looking way too thick compared to the front ;/

What about the upright row?
Works rear/side delt, traps and biceps too. Amazing mass builder imo.
And if you bent over just a little bit, with proper rom (about lower chest level) it is safe too.

What's the benefit of doing band face pulls in comparison with cable face pulls? I do cable face pulls at the gym and band face pulls and band pull aparts at home with light bands (only bands i got atm)

Is the band variation superior to the regular rope face pull? If yes, why? I do face pulls with 100kg on the cable machine for 10+ reps but nobody can tell I work my rear delts. However when I use the reverse butterly machine I feel my rear delts being the prime movers.
