Yes. Shoulders are interesting to train because it's not relatively safe to go too heavy with them when doing lateral raises. Shoulders are best trained with high reps and a fairly controllable weight.

Standing OHP is what has worked best for my shoulder personally. Barely ever to lateral raises when I do I use full ROM go all the way up above my head

Personally what worked best for me was definitely OHP for overall shoulder development and also lateral raises for the width, great tips btw!

It’s true. I been doing this training now for a few years now. Every time I look at my shoulders in the mirror they always amaze me. Thanks to this guy here 🙏 I appreciate the knowledge you shared man. Best workout advice I’ve ever ran across which was years ago now.

I can attest to this, even getting two db and going 10 both, 5 left, 5 right, repeat, this gives them the rest they need

Two of the best things I did for my shoulders was hit rear delts pretty much everyday and do light weight lateral raises after pretty much every upper body exercise. Light weight strict form. My shoulders absolutely blew up.

Greg has tought me more than anyone else on the internet cause he is giving advice for us nattys that's why I don't learn well from others on the net cause they are on PEDS I'm not so steroid workouts don't work for me thank you Greg for the natty workouts and dieting.Intermittent fasting and bodyweight training changed everything for me

This is actually good advise.. use heavier weight for lateral raises and keep pumping out reps with little rest in between

3d shoulders are the rear delts. Lateral raises are for cap delts. Myo reps are good to squeeze in more volume, but straight sets should be your main stable.

Str8 facts!!! All I had was 15s during the lockdown so I did this till I couldn’t get another rep. Worked wonders for my delts

Thanks. I do 5 sets of 10 on lat raises, so I definitely need to change how I approach that.

Side/front lateral- never above 20lbs
Arnold presses- 10-12 reps
Upright barbell row-light weight
Reverse pec deck/reverse flys
