This is so impactful on all areas of physical and mental health. Refined sugars, seed oils, processed foods, and non-food ingredients that we eat every day. Don't do it. You'll be shocked by the difference.

I use to be addicted to soda… use to have at least one a day. At my worst I could probably drink a 6 pack in a day. Now it’s been little over half a year since I last had one 👍🏽

So true, since I cut out refined sugar from my diet my knee pain disappeared and I can exercise again

Thank you as always for information and to have a medical doctor talk the truth. This is why we all need to eat a clean diet. Not to say that we don't cheat every once in a while but 5 years and running and I have never felt better
