Nice video man. I went from 13 minutes to 10:20 in 3 weeks by just running 2.4 Everyday and pushing myself more and more, my hip is starting to hurt but I already passed ippt so it should be fine for now, do I just put ice on my hips any advice?

Similar to my story, started at my 42y birthday, and that took 5 months, and 140km`s, now VO2Max 49. My goal is sub 12min. 3km. till end of may.

Hi! I'm planning to start a new training programme by having 3-4 runs per week: 1 fast run (ranging from 2.4km to around 5km), 1 slow run (around 5km to 7km, this would act as a recovery run), 1 interval training where I run around 3 x 400m and 1 hill training. Any thoughts on whether this would be fine? Currently, I've been training for 4 months, 3-4 times a week where I alternate between 2.4km and 4km runs and I try to run as fast as I can each time.

There’s a saying that you will do better on the ippt day itself. Hope I can get the incentive money again this Saturday 🙏💪 it’s always that nervous feeling that bothers me before the test..

Hi, does running up down the hill is the same as interval ? Stadium kinda far for me to do interval but there’s a nearby hill

Hi thanks for the short and informative video. Just want to ask, do you have any tips or steps to maintain our running fitness after 2.4? Like how many long runs or intervals to do per week so there's a baseline or maintained level to build upon for the 2.4 test the next year. I ask this as I like swimming / dislike running but I found out swimming alot doesn't really pass on to running stamina

Hi My 2.4 has been at a constant 13:30. I have Ben running every 2-3 days with static exercise in between:
I seems to lack of breath at the end of my run.
As spoken, is it advisable to input 3-5km run every 1 week or 2 weeks?
