Years ago a female martial artist explained to me that this was how Bruce Lee trained. Then she demonstrated by tightening her fists and performed several squats. She also explained that not only will you gain strength, but you would also get toned! I didn’t understand the concept at that time.

Hey, I figured this one out all on my own!! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and am not able to do most exercises safely. I've learned that isometrics are the best for me.
