This 10 minute flexibility routine helps you to learn the splits. This routine is especially for beginners who want to learn the splits. The 10 minutes will focus on stretching exercises to get more flexible and get into splits asap. Do this routine couple times a week for faster results. For even better flexibility do my other split workouts from my split guide or some stretching/mobility workouts.

Great video, but I think you should mention that bouncing in stretches (especially if you're new, and don't know what to contract) can be REALLY damaging.

my goal is to do this stretch every day until the end of the day and check my results. I already did a before picture and used a tape measure. no excuses this time, it’s just 10 MINS!!
