Cody thank you for starting this series ironically right before my competition, I had covid weeks ago and I’ve been getting 35s and 36s in 50s when I usually get 30s snd 31s. Ive been trying to get better at breaststroke overall so this video will help a lot, thanks again!

This is super helpful!!! I have been getting way more tired in breaststroke lately which I am a 100 to 200 breaststroker so number 3 is super helpful.

Thank you so much Cody for helping a lot of swimmers. I am a chilean breastroker and I had never thought about these tips unitill your video and I think that it will help me a ton.
