I am doing all my daily quarantine workouts with the Deja Riley Videos. Such a positive and lovely personality. My husband asked „why are you only doing workouts with her?“ and I answered „Because it’s like doing it with a friend.“

Did this workout this morning & loved it. I didn't get all the moves right, but I had fun trying. I burned 300 calories my bpm avg 121 bpm max 157 I use my Fitbit Versa & I LOVE IT !!!

This was a fun, even though I had a hard time keeping up with the choreography. But I'm very excited for the series and would love to see some ballet inspired workouts and contemporary!

Thank you for this video~ I love dance and I've been searching for YEARS trying to find something that I can enjoy without being overwhelmed by a crazy fast routine. I've chronic spinal damage, so I've been fearful of working out my upper body, focusing only on the lower body. But Now I've gained more confidence in loving where I'm at right now, but still wanting to be the best version of myself that I can be. I'm working out for ME and no one else! Let's do this! :D

my peak heart rate was at 186, im a beginner in working out, did a bit of cardio workouts now and then but I really wanna do it more often!! My apple watch told me I burned 247 calories in total! :) used the “other goal” option :)

I tracked this workout with my fitbit and I also did a lot of sequences twice and instead of a break I jumped through my room and like that I burnt 300 kcal within 40 Minutes. Also it was so fun, loved it!

The only things I found challenging enough to modify were the jumps and very quick cross over steps. I LOVE this work out! Thirty minutes of feeling accomplished. I really love the instructer. Deja, you are so good!!
