Hello Uploader, I am actually in a situation unable to decide what should I do.
And i see you have mentioned both situation.

I work in TCS.

My office folks are actually not very respectful, i can clearly see the culture is toxic, also i can clearly see that i wont grow in the project that i am in, money is also less compared to market standards.

Only advantage is I work from home and dont have to travel to office. Which help me having good sleep and health is maintained.


There is pros and cons to my situation.

If I continue, in long term my health will be fine but regrets will continue for the jobs that i am in .


What should I do, need comments

P.S : my office is pretty far, takes around 2 hours to travel from home and i stay in hot place.
